By continuing to access Andie Murphy Yoga Wellness or website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with the privacy policy, govern Andie Murphy Yoga Wellness relationship with you in relation to the website and studio. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website/studio. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to periodically check our website for changes. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use this website.

General Conditions

Please read through the terms and conditions on our website thoroughly before enrolling. When enrolling as a student of Andie Murphy Yoga Wellness you agree to the terms and conditions as laid out on the Andie Murphy Yoga Wellness website andiemurphy.com.au:

• While we endeavour to deliver all our classes, workshops and services on time and as advertised, classes, workshops and services are subject to change or cancellation without notice.
• Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class, workshops and services as late entry is discouraged and cannot be guaranteed. For security reasons the door to the studio is locked at the beginning of each class, workshops and services.
• Andie Murphy Yoga Wellness provides a safe environment and is not responsible for the safekeeping of your belongings.
• Andie Murphy Yoga Wellness has the right to refuse entry at any time.
• Bookings are to be made via website or mobile.
• Class payment must be made upon booking of class, workshops and services.
• You agree that you have been examined by a qualified medical practitioner within the past six months and have been found by such practitioner to be in good physical health and physically able to perform all yoga exercises.
• Classes, workshops and services at Andie Murphy Yoga Wellness may be physically strenuous to some and you voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss or death.
• You will follow all instructions given to you by Andie Murphy Yoga Wellness teachers and you acknowledge that any failure to do so will be at your own risk and may cause injury.
• Andie Murphy Yoga Wellness is in no way liable for any injury, loss of property or death resulting from attending our studio.
• By booking into a class, workshop and service you automatically agree to the above terms & conditions.
• Andie Murphy Yoga Wellness does not offer refunds on services or products for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address or any other reason. All purchases are final.
• Children under the age of 16 need to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• Children cannot be left unattended for any reason (including while practicing yoga).
• To the full extent permitted by law, our liability for breach of an implied warranty or condition is limited to the supply of the goods and/or services again or payment of the costs of having those goods and/or services supplied again.
• We accept no liability for any loss whatsoever including consequential loss suffered by you arising from products and/or services we have supplied.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is in place to ensure everyone has a chance to attend. Nobody likes fees, but everyday classes, workshops and services get fully booked, and sometimes participants miss out.

• Class, workshop and service cancellations can be made via mobile phone to 0408 307 195.
• Class cancellations can be made up to 2 hours before the class, workshop and service start time without incurring a fee.
• Participants who book into a class, workshop and service but cancel the booking within 2 hours of the class, workshop and service start time will be charged the full fee.

Pricing

• All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and all transactions are processed in Australian Dollars ($AUD).
• All prices are correct at the time of online publication. Prices are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to amend prices and printing errors.
• Prices may increase from time to time to reflect increases in cost and benefits.
• Andie Murphy Yoga Wellness reserves the right to pass on the cost of any additional bank fees which may incur from disputed or failed transactions regarding a participants account.
